Owner of the Alistair Pharmaceutical and Laboratories. A self proclaimed scientific and business genius. His company, Alistair P&L, was once bought by Alex's father despite his wife's wished. However he was and his company were removed after he was caught selling secrets and military arms to the mob. Currently working on a secret project that may change everything. Appears to be hiding info on not only how Alex was marooned, but how his father really died. He initially tries to find ways to take ownership of Ofstead and Morgan. Once Alex's alter ego hits the news, Henry gets intrigue with his strange powers. But that soon turns to an obsession that will drive him power mad for a completely different power that will mutate him in the future.
